Terms of service

Pre-launch draft. These terms are a placeholder and will be replaced by final, legally-reviewed terms before general availability.

1. The service

AdvoPay, a service operated by ADVO-CONSULT GmbH, provides an application programming interface (API) and related tools for issuing and managing virtual cards. The cards themselves are issued by Sunrate Pte. Ltd., a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and a Mastercard principal member. AdvoPay is a technology and distribution layer and is not a bank, a card issuer, or a card program of its own.

2. Eligibility & onboarding

The service is offered to businesses only. Access requires a completed know-your-business (KYB) review and approval. Submitting an application does not create an account, grant access, or guarantee approval.

3. Funding

Card activity is funded from a prefunded wallet. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance. Wallet balances are held and accounted for as described during onboarding.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable card-network rules, sanctions laws, and anti-money-laundering requirements.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis during this pre-launch period. Service-level commitments, if any, will be set out in the final agreement.

6. Changes

These terms will be superseded by final terms of service prior to launch. We will make the final terms available before any live, real-value activity.
